  1. We absolutely love living in Delta Hawaii. Close to stores and gas, etc. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice people and Jewel in management is beyond exceptional. The clubhouse has recently been remodeled and looks beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi are being resurfaced just in time for the hot weather. Grounds have good upkeep. Couldn’t be happier!!!!

  2. I don’t understand it but all of the rudest people live here. Horrible place. The residents like to shame the people they don’t like. Ok two separate occasions a resident actually thought she had the right to come to me outside and yell at me, They think they have the right to put people down. Worst park I’ve ever visited. The management is something else. Queen of RUDE.

  3. The Rec room is really old and dingy. The pool is tiny.. The home I had was brand new and was so cheaply made and installed. The kitchen drawer facing/handle fell off first week. The vinyl floor was ripped and glued but flooring is not glued down at all and was told that’s how they all are., 1/4 of the roof shingles were gone,. The A/C ducts underneath home were not taped so 1 duct was blowing A/C air under the house but Maintenance Mgr. said that’s how these home AC ducts are. I had to go underneath home and take pics to prove issue before they would fix. The kitchen sink was plumbed to either use water for dishwasher or sink with a toggle handle to switch water?? In guest bath/ tub handle was corroded and when I asked if hard water was an issue & if I needed water filter, I was defensively told there is no hard water issues …so how did new home/hardware get corroded. Inside front door had 2 different paint. These were 1/2 of my issues. Unprofessional Maintenance Mgr.

  4. After waiting weeks since 8/11/2018 for the contractor assigned to an AC job at my residence, finally even the insurance company gave up on them and decided to assign and send a second contractor “California Heating and Cooling Inc” out to fix my AC today and lo and behold the gentleman showed up at 11.45am instead of 12 -3pm window and fixed the problem immediately within minutes that the other company could not do. The first time they had to replace the whole furnace and within two weeks the project was completed and this is the second time I had California Heating and Cooling Inc provide proficient, on time and very professional service in as less time as possible. I will and shall recommend them anytime for any of these jobs. Thank you for a wonderful service and has made not just me but my 80 years old mom very happy that she can come home to cooler temperatures and stay in her own home.

  5. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The management at Delta Hawaii takes horrible care of the facilities outside of their own offices and meeting center. There has been a feral cat problem on the premises for a few years, landscaping is fair at best, and now there have been homeless people trespassing on their property. The management team at Delta Hawaii charges $800 or more per month as “rent” per residence. They grossly misrepresent the community as an “idyllic lifestyle” and “safe environment” and I don’t consider cat feces, human waste and trash and drug paraphernalia idyllic or safe. Makes me wonder what the $800/ month is for??
