My KitchenAid refrigerator lost its cooling function and needed repair. The service tech initially replaced the mother board however this didn’t fix the problem. They returned and found that the starter relay for the compressor had failed. A new starter relay was installed, the original mother board was placed back in and I was reimbursed for the difference. The refrigerator now works perfectly. I thank DeAnza Appliance for sticking with me and making it right.
They were so fast and helpful! Our dishwasher stopped working and we got an appointment right away. Our technician was great, he was on time and got everything done quickly. I’ll be recommending them in the future
Have very specific task for their technician to do, as verified by OEM, which does not need separate diagnosis trip or time but they want to charge diagnostic trip fee anyway. I am happy to pay the reasonable cost of the technician time to do the work, but do not need diagnostic fee this time. Seems to just want to collect unnecessary fee instead of getting the work done
Have a front load washer that needed a new gasket. Another company had failed in properly installing the gasket. De Anza Appliance solved the problem and even repaired another issue. Their tech was on time, professional, and a good mechanic. Was a pleasure and relief to have the washer working properly.

Technician Tony was very professional and called ahead of time at which he was going to arrive. He was very professional at his work and identified the problem within a short time. He had a spare part with him and he got everything working in less than an hour. He perfectly followed the Covid protocols and wore mask at all time and sanitized the place after he was done. Definitely a top notch 5 star service.
