I had a fantastic experience at Days Inn by Wyndham San Jose Airport! The location is perfectâjust a short drive from the airport with reliable shuttle service. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great place to unwind. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining. I had a wonderful experience at Days Inn. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was also nice. So I recommended staying here
The rooms did not feel very secure since the rooms are accessible to anyone outside the hotel.
The room that we were initially assigned was not cleaned up. On checking with the front desk, they assigned us another room although by that time, my group of friends had already seen enough shady people in the parking lot to decide against staying at the hotel.
Also, watch out for the extra charge while checking in which is not mentioned at all when youâre booking with this hotel.
Called for an hour trying to reach the front desk between 10am to 11am found the person sleeping in the chair behind the counter. Rooms are a good size but tv doesnât work and room doesnât get turned over if they see you are staying. 3:05pm and still no turnover service. Most front desk staff are nice, the guy that was sleeping Sunday is unhelpful with his responses. Pool is a nice addition but they have rules in place but again no one enforces. People take food too the rooms even with the postings everywhere, pool area people bringing food and glass while watching kids. I would give this location a C rating after being here for 2 weeks until my apartment was ready.
