  1. The room looks newly renovated but the deeper you look you realize how dirty everything is. I found hair on everything, in the shower, floor wrapped around a coffee creamer pack. The shampoo/conditioner combo smelled nice in the small package but it didnā€™t feel like hair product. It was like hair gel. I saw a roach when I got up and turned the light on. There were transients everywhere! I saw other reviews that say the breakfast isnā€™t a breakfast as they only have gronola bars. Ridiculous they claim they have breakfast when they only have a snack item available. It feels so shady walking simply to your car at night. As I opened my door there was a transient male nearby and then another sitting on the stairs and another coming out from under the stairs. It was crazy! The female who checked me was really friendly. The lobby door was locked so I was checked in at a nearby window. I saw another female staff telling the guy under the stairs to leave as she was locked behind a gate. It must be the back of the lobby area that is closed at night. Not sure but it shows how shady and unsafe it is here.

  2. This place is scary. I was afraid someone would break in our room or steal our vehicle.
The tub was so disgusting you couldnā€™t even use it and it leaked. The side table looked like it was taken from a junk pile. This place clearly is for folks hard on their luck or participating in unsavory activities. It is not for out of town travelers.
Anyone giving this place more than one star is lying. Plain and simple. It is a haven for transients!

  3. Do not stay here. It seems like they participate in a homeless program or something. Everyone here seems like theyā€™re long term. Sketchy activity all around. My room door didnā€™t close properly. Iā€™m glad I double checked before going to sleep. Someone couldā€™ve just pushed the door open. I had to pull the door as hard as I could and lock it manually. The walls are filthy. I felt like wearing shoes in the shower. Definitely drugs all throughout this place. All the stores around here have their employees behind safety glass. This area is SKETCHY! This hotel is sketchy. Do not bring kids here. Seems like anything can go down at any time. The people next door partying all night outside. It was the worst experience Iā€™ve ever had.

  4. This is a trap house. Iā€™m surprised Expedia even contracts with this hotel. Youā€™d be better off pitching a tent. I was afraid to even set my things down, just brought my key back to the front desk and left.

  5. Yes this place needs work, I got the King Bed, Deluxe Room, Non-Smoking, for the hot tub. A step up from the regular queen room. The room itslef was not bad, the bed was good but the hot tub did not work., because here was no button, it was missing. The light above the tub didnā€™t work but I filled it halfway and took a long hot soak. The Manager adjusted the rate to what a queen would be, so I was ok with that. The homeless are everywhere, dogs barked one night waking me up. The breakfast was a granola bar and coffee. A homeless man reached around me and grabbed a few bars while I was looking at the selection (there was only one) he also filled a bag with ice earlier to start off his day because it was hot. There was a mentally challenged lady in a red dress, talking to herself aggressively and going thru a trash can and then enjoy a relaxing spell at the pool. Hey I didnā€™t get mugged or bugged for anything, so it was ok. An eye opener about the differnet life styles from the country living Iā€™m used to here in Ohio.
