  1. Ummm yeah this place was not great. Shortly after we got there we saw a roach in the bathroom that crawled in a crack of the floor. After being grossed out by that, noticed one ON THE WALL by the bed. Took a picture before killing it. Luckily we didnā€™t see any more but still felt gross even staying there afterā€¦but I figured they could pop up in any of the rooms so we didnā€™t ask to switch. The AC barely worked, so the room was like an oven the whole night. Woke up and tried to reheat our leftovers before leaving to find out the microwave didnā€™t work eitheršŸ˜‘

  2. This place looks good in the pictures and fine on first look, but the longer we stayed the weirder it got. Thereā€™s no hot water for the sink, the cold water trickles out, the fridge is broken and takes a great feat of effort to first open and close, and the roach-riddled bathroom has no fan/vent. This is not the worst of it.

When we first arrived, the bed-sheets had blood stains, brown stains, and mysterious yellow stains that were also echoed all over the walls (among some interesting black, blue, and green drips). We asked if we could have some clean sheets and they said yes, but none ever came. We asked again and they brought one set of sheets (both beds were stained) and we had to go ask for more and change them ourselves.

Upon putting the sheets on, we saw these were even worse than the first ones. We slept on top of the blankets that night.

The shower had no soap and a thimble full of shampoo. After having seen the state of everything else, the squish of the yellowed, caulked-in shower mat made me cringe. The advertised ā€œbreakfastā€ was literally one bowl of cereal and nothing else apart from a sickly chemical coffee.

Weā€™ve been in some bad hotels before, but the grossness of the sheets really solidifies this as a 1-star. Iā€™ve drafted this review early and am waiting to post until Iā€™m several states away in case they send the cartel after me or something lol.

  3. Definitely not the greatest experience. Booked according to the pictures online through Expedia. What we found was NOT what I expected. Tried to cancel the room as soon as we arrived and saw the reality of our mistake in booking this place. The lady at the front treated me like I was crazy and refused to cancel the reservation stating that they were fully booked (all other hotels in the surrounding area were fully booked as well apparently), and that these were the cheapest rates in town. All, I found out, were lies. I called around out of curiosity after seeing the room for myself and realized that not only was there availability at surrounding hotels, but they were both cheaper AND nicer rooms. Also, she booked multiple people the next morning for over $100 less than what we paid each night for our stay. I wonā€™t even begin to explain the room, but picture blood on the ceiling, walls banged at every end, extremely dirty all around, a smell that would send anyone running, and a shower that took a TON of courage to use. To say the least, we almost ate the entire cost of the booking just to escape the nightmare. The only benefit of the location was how close it was to the entertainment venue, otherwise, not even great location wise. Possibly the worst part of this was the realization that the much nicer places (actual hotels not a MOTEL) we originally passed up were about the same price. Admittedly, we got scammed. Worst place Iā€™ve ever stayed. Good luck here if you decide on it.

  4. Room clean. No bugs. Annette at front desk went above and beyond helping me to get into a room after Expedia messed up reservation. Do not understand some of the bad reviews. It is older but price was not as much as newer hotels. Didnā€™t see one bug, wasnā€™t bothered by anyone, and it was a pleasant and safe area. Breakfast had good options. May be some dings but nothing falling apart and everything functioned the way it was supposed to. With awesome customer service and clean rooms I will definitely come back when needed again.

  5. DO NOT GO TO THIS ā€œHOTELā€ā€¦ā€¦ā€¦.. First of all who charges a pet fee to a veteran with ptsd for their service dog ? What is wrong with you people? The place is not all pretty as they show in these pictures. Our room was disgusting, there was blood on the sheets the one bed had nasty stains all over it there was only 1 working light in the room not including the bathroom light. The place was sketchy all you heard outside was metal to metal grinding from all the ac units not working properly. While we were unpacking roaches started coming out from all different angles we stopped unpacking and left we definitely wasnā€™t staying there. Now trying to get our refund from them was a disaster they refund us all but the first night saying we were checked in for 4 to 5 hours thatā€™s considered a stay and Iā€™m like we checked in but we left to go get some stuff we werenā€™t actually in the room. We went up the road to a better hotel and they didnā€™t ask for us to pay a fee for our service dog. The room was in better condition and clean through and through. If you looking for a bates motel sure go stay here if that what you want good luck.
