Best two month’s I’ve ever spent! Management was great! Our little girl and hers become friends. They look out if they can. Meaning if they can give you a better price they will. Look out for that house keeper. Shes hell on wheels but a good person!
Had to stay here for a funeral, was not impressed by the room, breakfast, coffee was bad! Room was clean but smelled like air freshener. Asked for a late checkout, due to funeral time and having to remotely work. Funeral was at 1, they would only extend check out till 1130. Stay was on a Tuesday and they only had a few people staying at the hotel. Personally will not stay here again.
The room was very clean (thanks Denise) and the shower was fantastic. Our room overlooked a bar that got a little loud musically until around one am on a Friday but it wasn’t bad. The breakfast I would not recommend eating though, as the bagels were the only thing fresh.
Slightly expensive price but ok for the value the room was clean except for a few bugs also had a Smashed sink. Service was good only hotel around the area that had a vacancy. Would stay at again if we had to
The customer service is awful. Things were fine while I was there. But as soon as I checked out. They charged me an extra 4 days after my reservation ended. Their excuse for this was because I left the room key in the room (like I do all over the country) and because I had left a couple of items in the refrigerator. My wife called them to discuss the issue. The guy who answered the phone instantly started calling her a liar. I then got on the phone and the gentleman basically told me the above, that since I had left the morning my reservation was up, and I didn’t return my key to the front desk, that they kept extending my stay without my consent. Now handling with corporate. Avoid this place if possible. They are scammers.
