visiting and on vacation, she seemed very very annoyed that we even asked her that and gave us no suggestions, I felt as if she was telling us to F off and leave so she can just sit there and not be bothered; this became very evident when we did come back at 3 pm and there was about 4 people including us trying to check in, Henry seemed to be doing all the work as she barely checked in ONE lady. The lady was also having troubles with her tv and had a lot of questions about her reservation and Amanda said well come back tomorrow and we can take care of it. As the older lady left, Amanda is packing up her things to leave for the day, leaving Henry to do all the work of checking in everyone in the lobby. She is beyond rude and lazy and with it being 2024 if you want to sit on your butt all day and not interact with people (since it is your job) work from home and do the public a service, you make the experience of checking in miserable and not everyone wants to be miserable like you Amanda.
Only drawback was size of the dining area for breakfast. Mane should have another bench outside. But great spot not far from Disneyland.
The realy only good thing about the hotel is the location and the breakfast was okay. But they say smoke free but they have people smoking weed in the parking lot and people smoking cigarettes right outside there door so it gets into your room. The laundry hours are terrible they are 8-5 I need to do laundry at the end of my day. Also the pool/hot tub should close at 11 PM or later not at 10 PM that extra hour makes a world of difference. However the front desk staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good for what it was. Overall not bad but not amazing
Really cool hotel, I love the design and being outside right when you walk out feels great. AC was typically broke and the rooms were decent. Very useful if you plan on going to Disneyland. Over it’s a good hotel.
Overall it was okay place to stay within 15-20 mins drive from Disneyland. Parking is free and rooms were average size. Not that great but you can’t expect much at below $100 price per day. They serve typical American breakfast with no fruits or any hot options
