We had an excellent experience buying our first home with the Dana Green Team. We worked with Allison, who was wonderful. She and Dana were both so attentive, responsive and patient with all of our endless questions. They are so knowledgeable about all aspects of the East Bay real estate market. They really “held our hand” in this confusing and frustrating process, and we are now getting ready to move into our dream home. We are so pleased with our real estate decision to go with the Dana Green Team. From start to finish, they gave us amazing counsel on our home. First, when Dana ran comparables of homes in the Orinda area the analytics were very accurate to the actual selling price the home closed at. Second, the marketing and staging of our property was incredibly completed. From our house going live on the MLS, to the Open House which generated 60 people coming to look at our home, and the Broker’s Open with 20 realtors coming through and networking our residence. These actions displayed full concierge service as clients. Finally, the negotiation phase. Dana and her team have incredibly sound intuition on closing the deal. Currently, there are many complex factors to negotiate in the real estate market (i.e rising interest rates and attaining insurance to name two), with that being said, the Dana Green Team navigated those issues professionally and assisted in the buying and selling process with expertise and efficiency. We are so grateful to have selected the Dana Green Team to represent the listing of our home!
