I really tried to like this gym. The staff there are nice, however I had emailed once with interest in personal training, and did not hear back from anyone. When I wanted to cancel I was not able to go in person, and was told I can email the manager to cancel that way. Never receives a reply. When I went in they said it was too late to cancel since it was within 10 days of the billing period. All of the customer service numbers for crunch are out of service. NOT WORTH it. The gym it self doesn't have very many machines and overall would not recommend it.
Being going here for 3 years and it's great I like the people. You will often make friends if you strick up conversations. And everyone is kind. Never had a real problem.
I love this gym. Team here is top tier. Love taking Doris’ chisel and HITT classes. Glad to be back.
It's a very good place to workout regardless if you've just started or youre an already experienced gym goer. There's rarely any times where I have to wait long for a machine, and almost everyone there is pretty chill. It's a judgement free zone!
This is the rose we got in Zumba (crunch fitness) for mother's day (even though I'm not a mother, they gave me one anyway), and for the Zumba celebration of Susan's BIRTHDAY!!
