Parking lot is a little hard to get in and out off, the staff has always been helpful and friendly anytime i have stayed here. The rooms are clean but are worn and have seen better days, not a bad nights stay for the price. Both times i stayed there, they had an issue with my room which isnt ideal but again the staff was friendly
It wasn’t as bad as the reviews indicated. The room was clean. I wish that there was a refrigerator in the room but other than that it was nice. There was a coffee maker in the room. The lobby served cold water and overpriced snacks. There was a bar that closed at 8pm on a Friday. The gym had a few machines and some dumbells. Several restaurants in the area .
I wish I could give a zero star. First of all the room is very dirty. The bed seems to be made but there were hair and pen marks on sheets. Hair in the sink and tub. And damp smell. The worse part is when I called front desk, no one picked up. I called house keeping no one picked up. I have to sleep on the dirty bed. The whole hotel seems to be outdated and the maintenance is extremely bad and unprofessional.
An average rating for an average hotel.
They show themselves as a 4 star hotel, but they are a 3 star, and with my experience maybe even 2. Not a huge negative experience, but things could be better.
The bathroom door in my bathroom was scratched, they shampoo left my hair sticky, when I came back after room cleaning, a towel was missing, the breakfast is only until 9am, they close the doors at 8:55 am, the pool is not heated, the breakfast food is average, utensils and plates are not super clean. What made me furious though is that they blocked my key at 11:30 am when the check out is at noon.
The room was clean, and the housekeeping was good. During my three-day stay here, the shower switch was always problematic and couldn’t adjust the temperature. It was impossible to take a shower with boiling water. Even after reporting the issue on the second day, it still wasn’t fixed by the time I left on the third day. Additionally, the entire hotel had only one microwave, making it very inconvenient to heat food.
