  1. Iā€™ve been staying here 12 nights so far and itā€™s been great. The room is clean, the hot water is always available and the staff is helpful. For instance, I needed an iron and got one in a couple of minutes. The location is great- right off 405 and many restaurants are walkable besides the one here at the hotel.

  2. Upon checking in, we arrived a bit early before the official check-in time. The office staff was kind enough to allow us to check in early, which we appreciated. The staff was friendly overall. However, I was disappointed to learn that the hotel did not provide housekeeping services. This was unexpected, as Iā€™ve never stayed at a hotel that didnā€™t offer housekeepingā€”a service many look forward to during vacation. Simple things like fresh towels, emptied trash cans, and made beds were missed.

The absence of housekeeping led to hallways cluttered with bags of trash left outside doors. When we arrived at our room, the AC was off, and it was 78 degrees inside, which took a while to cool down. Additionally, there was no AC in the hallways ever.

Despite paying nearly $800 for three nights, this hotel charges an additional $30 per day for parking. The parking lot was often full, forcing us to park on the top level of the parking garage and walk over. There was no complimentary breakfast. When we called the front desk for more towels, the towel we received had a long pubic hair rolled into it.

I regret not taking a photo of the shower heads, which were filthy with significant buildup. The room didnā€™t have updated charging ports, some outlets by the bed didnā€™t work.

I struggle to find anything that justifies the cost of this hotel, though its proximity to the airport was convenient.

  3. The hotel has had a decent face-lift. The room was mostly clean and new looking yet the doorways were banged up pretty well. Ceilings were dank in the bathroom. Gym was ok.

The breakfasts were my favorite part of the hotel itself. Somewhat better than your standard fare at this price point. The food here pushed the review from three to four plus stars.

  4. I am going to avoid this place at all cost next time. I honestly felt I was staying at a Motel 6, room was musty and disgusting during my 3 night stay. I asked for a different room twice before the first night but all the rooms shown to me were the same in quality. I stayed due to necessity, since I was visiting the area from far and was too lazy and cheap to loose the money on the current reservation and get another Hotel. I was paying around $217 per night which is not cheap. It was fair to expect a lot better from this visit and place.

The horrible quality of the room really ruined my entire trip.

  5. You get what you pay for. I booked this hotel because it was on the more affordable end. And itā€™s fine, not great, but it serves itā€™s purpose. The location is right off the freeway so if you get a room on the freeway side, which I did, prepare for car noise. The room smelled musty but itā€™s clean. The ac unit is so loud. It sounds like youā€™re in a crazy wind tunnel when itā€™s on..
The lobby was nice. The front desk agent was nice. The hotel bar had a decent happy hour. The food menu limited on their veg options. I looked online and saw they had an impossible burger so I was planning on getting that but apparently they replaced it with an eggplant sandwich, yuck. So I ordered DoorDash.
My TV sometimes loses signal and it takes a moment for the channels to come back. There is free Wi-Fi however.
Probably would never stay here again. Seems like a place you book when you just need somewhere to sleep but you donā€™t plan on spending much time at your hotel.
