  1. Highly recommend this gym to anyone, especially if you live in/around downtown Birmingham. Rebellion has one of the best member community. The coaches are amazing and passionate about your progress and well-being. The programming works wonders. The owners knows every member individually and take interest in helping you meet goals. Rebellion has helped me transform from a couch potato to a fitness focused person. Go check it out!

  2. Iā€™ve been a member here for a little over two years and I canā€™t recommend it highly enough. The programming is custom-built in house to adhere to classical CrossFit-style functional fitness and they work to make sure the class sizes are always manageable. The coaches are knowledgeable, experienced, and very approachable. Last but not least, the community here is amazing: open, welcoming, and supportive. If youā€™re looking for a gym in Birmingham, you should definitely check this place out.

  4. Best gym I have ever been a part of by far! I have been a member since testing out the gym in April of 2018. I was new to CrossFit when I tried out the gym and I was given one on one instruction on the movements to ensure that I knew how to complete the workout effectively and safely.

    I quickly realized that I hadnā€™t just joined a gym, but a community. All of the coaches are so great at instructing the movements or suggesting ways to scale or modify as needed. They went above and beyond this year when they made the difficult decision to close their doors before the mandatory shut down and switched to virtual workouts to keep us moving and fit at home until it was safe to return to the gym!

    Highly recommend!!

  5. CFR is much more than a gym itā€™s a community and a family that has common goals of fitness and health in mind. All of the coaches are great at offering advice and attention to detail to people of a skill levels. The best thing has been the ability to adapt during the pandemic in offering home workouts to keep member safe until we were capable of returning. Great people all around.
