  1. ‘Out of the Box’ promotion is going on in May! Additional 10% off on all the items. Most of the TVs are on a deal. Located on the 1st floor, it’s probably the biggest store in the neighbourhood with plenty of deals. Always loaded with a variety of electronics & deals. All the latest models are on the display. Staff are always available to explain the products. Always crowded. Exclusive display of Bose & PS5. Good range of Laptops, Headphones, Bluetooth Speakers, Refrigerators, TVs, Phones & Accessories etc available.

  2. I recently purchased a Samsung phone from Croma, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The store staff was knowledgeable and courteous, assisting me in finding the perfect phone to meet my needs. They provided detailed information about various models and helped me make an informed decision. The purchasing process was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated the wide range of products available. The customer service at Croma truly stands out excellent.

  3. One of the worst experiences I had purchasing a simple keyboard. Nobody reaches out to the customer and the customer is left hanging. Everything gets over at T&C, Customer has to everything on his own, and even ask for the paper bag as well, Customer has to ask questions to the sales staff to know whether the purchase he or she is making will be suitable for his needs. Customer has to go and get the billing guy to make a bill for his purchase. Customer has to then ask for a paper bag to keep the contents he has purchased.

Customer feels alone in the store even though there are many folks around. Customer has started to question why people are there in the croma store. Maybe it’s time for robots to take over. Customer has urrgent requirements so he/she visits the store otherwise online is always there. But what Croma provides is instant availability of goods and physical testing that can be done but it fails to do so.

Maybe Tata colgomerate needs to understand that merely making aquisitions doesn’t necessarily the transfers the values Ratan Tata stood for.

I had a bad experience where the folks were not able to understand a genuine case of me buying a keyboard that is not combaitble with Ubuntu. As a business, you cannot aim to make 100% of your sales and no complaints. Littile room was given to understand my concern. But as a customer, I was asked to sympathize with the business with is something I could not understand. I bought keyboard after much inquiry that would it be compatible with my laptop. Counter question asked was, which laptop do you have, I said Lenevo. And they said yes it would work. I came home happy only to see that my ubuntu laptop was not able to read the keyboard via bluetooth. I bought this for productivity, only to see that it did not work and me aching to make it useful somehow.

Maybe little room for mistakes on customers part or on sales part should be there. But if a customer has to suffer, then it’s not good. A business exist because of its customer and not vice versa. Yes you provide us value but as a business your main purpose should be to fulfill customer end needs.

With my interaction with the manager, I could clearly understand that Croma is not doing good financially. Maybe Indian customers are not respected in general. And it is because of the same Indians who work in the company choose to judge individuals and not provide a uniform services.

  4. Pathetic after sales service. I called up the store to check for installation and this girl was rude enough to cut the call on me refusing to give me her full name. Didn’t expect this from tata. If you don’t give proper service then surely the customer who spends their hard earned money will be upset and you will bear the brunt of it, yet you have the audacity to cut calls. Never going back to Croma CityWalk

  5. Recently purchased loyd AC from croma. The product is amazing and the staff members were also very helpful and provided relevant advice and service.
Financer Mr. Amardeep showed a very positive and understandable attitude during the procedure.
