  2. Croma open this store a week before. This is very big store and available all electronics items in Sector 11 Market Panchkula. Staff was very polite and helpful specially Housla and Gagan ji. Bought new Apple earpods with amazing offer (ICICI Bank card 2500 instant discount). Clearly visible from the main road. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance available here.

  3. I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Croma store, dated 5th Sept. My issues stem from both poor customer service and the unauthorized use of my Amex card points.

    Before I come to the main cause, I would like to first praise the representative who helped me in buying a LG product. He overall tried to help me with my queries and was helpful.

    However, the main issue arise, when I requested my sale representative to AVOID using my Amex reward points before handing him my card. But, the representative named Jitender redeemed my full Amex points without my CONSENT which exacerbated my frustration. I am wondering what’s the purpose of telling them in advance? Do they really care about their customers?

    Even the supervisor does not seems to be fit as per his role & acquired knowledge about the reversal of reward points. At one point, he even asked me to cancel the transaction to retrieve back my reward points. Such are the Croma supervisors, God save them?

    More concerning, when I complained about that guy (Jitender) to the floor supervisor he showed aloof expression like he don’t care about what happened! Obviously, because it’s not his money or card points which has been used without consent.

    To fix this issue, I have to take self ownership to undo their misdeed act by contacting Amex support team to reverse my redeemed points. This experience has severely undermined my trust in Croma.

    I hope Croma takes immediate steps to address such issues, including better training for their customer service team to restrict them using such poor body language and also to prevent unauthorized usage of customer membership rewards without their consent.

    Until then, I will not recommend their services. I will move on to other electronic service provider for my future needs.

  4. Pathetic service. Customer executive manager Kailash is shameless fellow. Doesn’t know how to talk. They called at the centre and then say that today is holiday for services. Service should be priority. But here there is shortage of staff as well as manners to talk. Bought a lot of things from here but services are for cry.
