In simple words Croma is a life saver for travellers. I have been searching for a traveller adaptor online and in multiple stores, but couldn’t get one. Thanks to this store at DLF mall, I got the last one available. The staff are friendly and helpful. It has multiple options for phones, tabs and other electronic gadgets at reasonable prices.
Very bad experience. I have booked my phone from the website and I wanted to pick it up from the store. I called the store and asked them clearly if I could pick it up or not. They asked me to visit the store and pick it up. They refused to give me the phone once I reached the store by giving so many reasons and excuses. They don’t even have the charger in stock. Totally disappointed.
Seriously pathetic service.I bought AC blue star from the store mall of India Noida and after every 6,8 days use the AC gas gets exhausted.Whats the point of buying a new AC.I already requested for a replacement at the first itself but they said that sometimes gas gets exhausted because of the loose fittings.And still after filling up AC gas for the second time it’s still the same problem.I need a replacement otherwise please cancel it.
Today I have registered a Complaint and till now it’s not even resolved.Also I had spoken with one of your executive name Ishtiyaque CSD very rude behaviour and hung up the call while I was talking.Is this the kind of service you are providing to the customers??

We had purchased havells cooler from Croma dlf. Sector 18, 2 months before and it’s totally waste of money.. product is so bad. And havells services is worst. The water pump is not working and they are not able provide the original parts.. some technician came and did JUGAAD.. digital cooler ko local kr k chala gya.. kya matlab fir digital cooler lene ka agar service hi itni bekar hai.
Havells product is worst and there services too… not recommended.
These people do not pick up the calls. No matter how many times you call them, you will not get a call back. Their number will be busy and if it rings, no one picks up. Do these people talk to their family members?
