I purchase croma air condition from croma m2k
But they don’t share any service department no for servicing i visit many times but they dont respond now my ac condition was very bad please give solution and provide service for my AC
I made two visits here and went in for Laptop purchase. Met Virendra and Shahrukh on the floor. Virended was good with specifications. Both of them were quite patient and helping. Although it took quite a while but were helping in all the queries I had. I went to the Apple counter as well but the Sales person was least concerned for an expensive product we need product specialist but not lame sales person. Overall had a decent experience!!
The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful— by far the worst I’ve ever come across in a store. There’s no internal coordination and communication between the staff members and every employee expects you to find things on your own and they’re just plain rude about it. To top everything off, they don’t let you run product demos— the staff members literally snatch things out of your hands whilst you run tests.
It’s really a shame that this is one of the biggest electronics retail store in Delhi and their staff is by far one of the worst.
Worst and fake customer service they sell his product without sharing terms & Conditions.Before Some days I was Gone purchased mobile on EMI at this Store.I have already Bajaj Finserv EMI network card and I Have already paid 599 for this card and the card is also show in Bajaj Finserv app & I already show the card to Bajaj Finserv Employee and the he said to me you
Dont have any card and u will pay 530 rupees and ur card is activate.When I reached at my home and open the app I saw a new card Generated in my app CROMA EMI Card.and the I will many times send mail to CROMA customer care still no Revert on mail.and no refunding to me.530 Rupess
Once a TV is bought a a 3 year guarantee/warranty is taken, no one bothers. Either their number is busy or otherwise no one will pick up. For customer care, it is the same. My TV is giving me trouble but I can’t get in touch with anyone. This is the Croma of now.
