Jeff Bezos loves such places where there’s no customer service so why would you waste your time going to such places when you can purchase the exact same item online and cheaper.
Made the mistake of going to the store around mid-day on a Friday, no one interested in talking for more than 20mins even after counting more than 10 staff members present, unfortunately they could not find me the right person to talk to, so ended up leaving the place.
May be it was too early to make a sale, probably after 5pm it’s a different place. So make the opening times 5pm to 10pm and not waste peoples time.

Went there to replace a product( Under Warranty Period)and the experience was fantastic over there. The staff at the customer care desk was helpful and resolved my problem quickly.
Coming to the store, there are a variety of electronic products available and prices are according to company norms.
Overall, the staff were polite and helpful and it was a hassle-free experience.
Very good experience. Mr. Harshit guided and explained everything in detailed manner. He was really polite and commited to the work so dedicatedly.
Worst service and product supplied. Without having a check perhaps. We bought extended warranty of semi automatic washing machine. Instead of replacing motor of the dryer. It has been said by kamla nagar branch to buy another washing machine from their showroom on instant discount. I am literally wondering the quality of washing machine bought from them. Before completion of two years, the product is declared irreparable.
Now having doubt on their manufacturing unit, their marketing deptt. Service deptt. too.or their technicians are not capable enough.
Poor service….pls be careful while buying from here …..they take days to deliver..and they actually torture u to do the installation…..Vijay store also local dealer are far better when it come to deliver and installation……very unprofessional response from store manager while I complaint.advising that there is no time when the product will be installed……
