I brought a device with insurance from this store. Upon filing a claim for my damaged device there was no resolution and delay in the process because of a mistake made by the Croma store of placing the wrong IMEI on the bill and on insurance. Worst store with awful service. Would recommend Vijay sales instead.

1. Product Purchase: I strongly advise against buying Apple products from this Croma outlet. My experience with purchasing an iPhone 14+ on 23 Apr 2023 was extremely unsatisfactory.
2. Unfulfilled Promises: Croma β Moti Nagar failed to deliver on their promises. Despite purchasing Apple care+, the warranty was not activated when needed.
3. Poor Post-Purchase Service: The post-purchase service at Croma β Moti Nagar lacks efficiency and control. When I needed to repair my iPhone due to physical damage on 19 Apr 2024, the staff was unhelpful and provided excuses rather than solutions.
4. Excuses and Lack of Authorization: The staff at Croma β Moti Nagar gave various excuses, including technical glitches and third-party involvement with Servify, without providing any written assurance or authorization for the repair.
Worst Experience:
1. Despite purchasing Apple care+ with my iPhone, the warranty was not activated when needed.
2. Upon seeking repair for physical damage, Croma β Moti Nagar was unhelpful and delayed the repair process.
3. Lack of professionalism was evident when they refused to provide written assurance or authorization for the repair, citing policies regarding female workers and communication after 7pm.
4. Verbal assurances for a Monday repair were made, but the lack of transparency and professionalism was concerning.
Update (22nd April):
Today, 22nd April, I contacted them again, and now they are saying they have raised a ticket with Servify, and their TAT (Turnaround Time) is 4-5 days.
Conclusion: Overall, my experience with Croma β Moti Nagar for Apple product purchase and service was extremely disappointing. I would caution others against expecting reliable and efficient service from this outlet.
