Big store but mismanaged. Located on the 2nd floor, Ambi Mall. Lots of promotions & offers happening every day. Wide range of tvs, fridge, ac & music systems. Unfortunately, most staff don’t know about the products. Always crowded, people bargain & staff clueless. Promotor’s teams & staff don’t gel well together, always shouting at each other. Many latest models are missing from the shop, citing the reason, sold out. Overall, an incomplete experience. Chaos & mismanagement can be seen in every corner, especially the billing counters. Customers are made to sit for a long time for the billing. Extremely complicated bills & process, a normal person can’t read or understand the invoices, try it! If you want a GST bill, keep 45 mins extra.
Im am sorry to say but Im finding it a very irresponsible behavior. Calling the sales representative not picking the phone… first Ac was delivered late now no one coming to install its being almost 4 days…. bought Ac from Ambience Mall.
Pathetic service. They just think customers are fools. Be careful if you purchase from ambience outlet they will push sales by giving wrong product n then when you complain they will only take side of their staff and even don’t call back or even have curtsey to apologise.
I purchased electronics worth 2 lakhs from them one year ago…. And while purchasing one of the article which was Havells RO water purifier, the salesman told me about their AMC plan which provided one year extended warranty with discount on the original price of the pack. So, we decided to purchase it for 4000 Rs. Now, after one year when the company warranty expired, I contacted Croma for the services and came to know that the third party to which the AMC was given does not provide any services for Havells. So, I contacted them to refund the amount but these guys are telling me that I did not claim the refund in the stipulated time. They never intimated me about any change in AMC services. As a customer how would I know that the third party which they hired for AMC will not provide the services after one year and now they are harrassing me for over a month and not refunding my amount. I would never suggest anybody to buy from them. They are big FRAUDSTERS who are there just to sell their products and after you have purchased one, no one will help you if you face any issue. Better buy from nearby local shops, they are much reliable than these high end outlets. Such a terrible experience I had with them. Totally a FRAUD company.
Extremely satisfying experience. The sales assistant Poonam was very helpful, informative and polite. She smoothened the entire process of buying till the billing.
