  1. Hello, I am trying to reach the corporate management over the cricket location in greenville, Al. The Manager at this location Jessica was very mean and rude to my husband and I. I went in and paid our bill with Bryan who is always nice and customer service always a 10. As we were finishing I ask him about a speaker my husband purchased for me a few weeks ago that didn’t have a charger cable in the box. Since we purchased the display at regular price since Jessica wouldn’t give a discount. They used it during their cricket events and it was the only one they had left I still wanted it. So I remember to ask about the charger while we was there and Jessica instantly became snappy and said we don’t have it and we would have to call the manufacturer and use the warranty. I said well can you all at least check in the back cause that’s where the the person that sold it to us went and got everything including the box from the back. I feel it fell in cricket since it’s not a replacement and that we never receive the charger from the begining. Jessica didn’t go and continue to go back and forth with me and my husband about it. I felt that since they used the speaker and they sold it to us at full price you can at least go look or if it was a way you can get us another one. She insisted that no one there takes the charger or anything out the boxes that they display. I ask how could she quareentee that didn’t happen cause she wasn’t at work the night it was sold. The person called her at home and ask could he sell the speaker to us and she said yes. So you can’t say what no one didn’t do. So Bryan being the great worker he is volunteers to go look in the back. In the mean time my husband and I are going back and forth with Jessica cause she was getting louder and louder and tells us to get out her store or she calling the police. Police was called. Mean while Bryan comes and says he couldn’t find it. My husband ask if there any other way we can charge this speaker box because it’s brand new and I only used it maybe 3 to 4 times. He walked us over to the chargers that were compatible with the speaker we purchased and sold use the charger that would work with it. Everything had calmed down. Problem solved. Jessica decides to start arguing again with us and told us to wait for the police cause she didn’t want my husband and I back in her store. So we waited talked to the police and the police told us not to worry about and that good customer service is hard to find these days and this could have been resolved without calling the police and told us to enjoy our day.
