1. Crash Champions / Gulf Shore AL / GM, Kelly

   Where do I begin…. I had an accident in my company car on I-10 that was a repairable rear end collision that did not deploy airbags AND the car was drivable (Inspected by Firestone certified mechanic)…. My company suggested Crash Champions / Gulf Shores for the simple repair (Photos will follow). FOUR MONTHS LATER, I finally called them and my car was ready. In the previous months I called them every week and was told the following excuses why it wasn’t ready :
   1- Our painter is out
   2- Our Welder quit
   3- The damage is more extensive than we thought
   4- we are waiting on Wheels to respond
   5- We are waiting on a part to be delivered
   6- and simply Laughing and saying “Try next week…’
   7- Why did your company want to repair this car? (My personal favorite)

   After my company spent $9,000 on the repairs AND a four month rental car, I finally drive the car home after going to the grocery store…. My car had a catastrophic engine failure and stopped two miles from my house…. I had the car towed for another $165 back to Crash Champions / Gulf Shores where I was informed later by Kelly, the incompetent GM, who said “The engine failure was not there fault and we sent the car to Eastern Shore Toyota, Daphne AL. After another $2,000 in repairs, it was determined by the manufacturer that Crash Champions was negligent and their body work had “Incorrect installation and couldn’t have been done more incorrectly”…. Also, the manufacturer said “The engine Failure was a DIRECT RESULT of Crash Champions work…”. A brand new Fuel Pump and many valves had to be replaced because of Crash Champions / Gulf Shores faulty grounding and in some cases pure inadequate work that was “Pure ineptness…”
   After returning with this in writing to Crash Champions / Gulf Shores…. So called, GM Kelly said he would not reimburse my $165 for the tow even though he wanted a COPY of the PROOF THAT THEY WERE NEGLIGENT.
   I have received ZERO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER SINCE.
   I HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT…. I will make it my passion to let everyone know in my lifetime to stay away from the awful business and man (Kelly)…. Dishonest, Dishonest, Dishonest to the CORE.

2. Excellent work. They reflect their name & are true craftsmen. After being struck by a hit & run driver, I felt my vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it would never be the same. The fact is, it is like the day I drove it off the lot.

3. There is nobody else I will take my vehicles to for repair! From start to finish this has been the easiest experience I’ve had for Collision repair. The customer service was superb and I was pleasantly surprised with the detail on my truck. Thank you very much!

4. Great work and awesome communication thru the repair process. Their seemless work with the insurance company allowed for a carefree hand-off and vehicle return.

   What we found as another true differentiator was wash and interior detailing of the car before we picked it up. It was cleaner and better cared for than done by any full service car wash I have ever used!

   Would definitely recommend them and would use again!

5. Brought m truck in for repair. I asked if they had parts. They said we order them after your vehicle is dropped off. Why not order and when parts are there then bring in your vehicle. They called me 5 days later and said pick up your truck parts are on order. I rented a car for 5 days for nothing. Update…picked truck up and new girll..estimator and body shop punk didn’t like it when I said why did it take 6 days to let me know parts on backorder. We need truck here in order to order parts. Unreal. Very very rude people here. On to there corporate office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
