1. I went to another location to get my phone fixed, but they didn’t have what was necessary to fix it. They sent me to this store, and the gentleman made my phone look and work like brand new. He had a great attitude, and it didn’t take all day either. I would recommend Cell Phone Repair to any and everyone!!!

2. De’Arius at the Gardendale location will take care of your cell phone needs with professionalism and patience. I was in his store yesterday when an incredibly rude customer came in complaining about everything under the Sun.. De’Arius remained calm and cool.. the world needs more people like this!!

3. The young man replacing my phone screen was very nice and professional and had my screen fixed in no time! Works perfectly.

4. I took my iPhone 14 Pro to have the back of it replaced because I dropped it and it was very cracked. The guy did not fix my phone but did not give me a refund. I paid half of what I owed to get the part ordered, and was told to pay the other half when it was fixed. I came back at the time my phone would be ready, and he told me with the new back on it was dangerously overheating and that a chip in my phone had gone bad and could not be fixed, so he put the original back on. I had no overheating problems before taking my phone to them. The only issue was that the back of my phone was cracked. Regardless, in the end I received no service from this shop and was not issued a refund. That is not a way to run a business. Any other business would have kept the part to use on someone else’s phone and issue a refund to the customer. I highly DO NOT recommend this shop. It seems they can not fix phones properly, and do not have good customer service at all.

5. The employee was very helpful and understanding and even gave me a discount, my phone is in more than working condition now thanks to CPR.
