  1. I walked into this office two days before my existing health insurance was about to expire without having done any research about possible new plans. Adam Paul was very helpful in clearly explaining my options to me. We scheduled an appointment the next morning by phone (since Adam would be out of the office), so that he could enroll me remotely. I appreciated his clear and calm guidance through the process and ended up getting better coverage for a better price than I thought I would. Adam even made the effort to call the office of the doctor with whom I wanted to work to make sure that he was covered by the plan I chose. Excellent service! My feelings of being burdened were transformed into happiness and relief! I would recommend this office to anyone.

  3. I recently had to make the transition between California covered and Medicare. That transition was not moving smoothly for me at all. So many variables to think about. And changes that I just wasn’t ready for.
    I met with Adam Paul. He explained some of the options, I was terribly overwhelmed at that time. I met with Adam again after getting my Social Security card.
    He was very kind, patient and understanding.
    I settled on an insurance plan, but quickly learned it wasn’t going to match with established specialist Drs. Not of his doing. Information on computer Internet did not match with the actual doctor’s acceptance of insurance policies.
    Adam immediately jumped on top of that issue! With patience, Grace and persistence, Adam found a policy that works perfectly for me and my existing specialist Doctors.
    I highly recommend Adam Paul to anyone seeking insurance guidance.

  4. Every time I call they do not pick up. I leave messages and will either get a call back at the end of the day or the next day. Adam Paul just ignores clients and has done so for the past two years. He’s given false information about my income and I believe this is very unprofessional. I think it’s best if you call someone else that appreciates his clients and their valued time.

    An update on this post 1-3-24.
    My coverage is not active, because the agent I talked to gave the wrong information to blue shield. Now I have an amount pass do. When my premium is supposed to be $0.00 dollars. I was already on the phone with them about this issue and it hasn’t been resolved. Costing me my coverage and stressing me out for the new year. The agent didn’t report the proper information and now I’m paying for it with no coverage. Totally unprofessional and I thought they were properly trained. Instead I am confused on how this is even legal

  5. First I tried to log in on the computer. It took me in a loop, and could not create a account. Than I tried to call, was hung up 3 times. One time I was on hold for 23 was disconnected on. So I call this company was connected right a way with Adam. He was very nice and extremely helpful. And in 10 minutes I was signed up for insurance. Much easier. Will go this way from now on.
