  1. Do NOT stay here! Over charged me $500. I reserved the room at one rate and checked in. When I checked out they had changed the rate without notifying me. I saw the change at check out and they refused to refund me saying no manager is on duty. Then said it would be 5to7 business days but no refund, LIES. It always like they can’t get anyone to tell you why, none of the decision makers are ever on site. BAD BAD BUSINESS!

  2. Night audit MOD -Manager On Duty was unable to locate our reservation, claimed it must be at another property in the adjacent area. I asked if she could locate it in their MARSHA booking system (main reservation system), she didn’t seem that knowledgeable and was unable to do so. The employee was combative and not helpful. I called central reservations they found the reservation at that hotel. The property cancelled it, without notice, or reason, STRANDING 3 kids and adults at 11pm in a soldout area.
The clerk offered us the 2 rooms at double the rate (last 2). She would not reinstate our reservation and blamed other employees for the error (later saying it was her that cancelled them). The clerk said she did not have to follow marriott standards as she works for the franchise owner and not Marriott. Our hotel had been booked in advance around some work events in the area with time for our family to explore. We had a valid credit card, with suffient funds on file.
As lifelong Marriott guests, we have NEVER experienced this kind of attitude or trouble before. This employee should not work in hospitality.
End result, 3 children loaded back into a vehicle at midnight to start a 6 hour drive. As someone who has managed all departments with multiple hotel chains, this blows my mind. Employee kaylin, night audit (may have spelled it wrong).

  3. We love Courtyards because they are generally all alike. This one was horrible. Front desk check in receptionist busy with her cell phone while checking in. #2 Bistro was supposed to be open 6:30 – 9:00 am on Monday…we waited for service while receptionist watched. We finally asked if the Bistro was open and she says…”Nope” TV in room did not work and finally…..one of the towels in our room was filthy. This must have been a franchise location and Marriott should remove the ownership.

  4. Service was excellent! Everyone was super friendly and always welcomed us in with a smile. Room was nice and the bed was comfy.

Hotel is undergoing a renovation. The lobby/Bistro were closed. Didn’t take away from my experience. Also, I was not affected by the renovation on my floor. Didn’t hear a sound!

Close to the highway, shopping, and restaurants.

    Highly recommend!

  5. We enjoyed our stay! All of the employees were friendly and polite during our stay. We enjoyed the balcony, too! The bed was comfy, and my son and husband loved sitting on the couch to relax during the day. Having the TV turn towards the bed was a plus, too!
