The courtyard of the Courtyard Palm Springs was closed. The blueberry pancakes for breakfast from the eatery in the lobby were amazing. Staff was great! Hallways were noisy, balcony is small, pool was nice…gym was just the necessary free weights and treadmill/elliptical. Rooms were an odd layout of a huge toilet area, shower, and sink outside the bathroom. Couch and ottoman was a nice addition, but then there was a desk on wheels tucked under the counter. It’s just your average stay at best, where you pay to park in their outside lot. Pool was nice, but the smell guests smoking weed on the top floor balcony watching us swim was disgusting and nauseating. Not the best accommodations and hotel in the area by any means, simple, basic, but a step up from your Motel 8. Courtyard Palm Springs could use some sophistication in the rooms and hallways, and a nod to pleasantries and comfort.
The staff at this Marriott was exceptional. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant were very accommodating! The staff felt more like friends than acquaintances. I absolutely loved Sarynitii! She was the so welcoming and so incredibly kind. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend! 🙂
The guy at the front desk was so nice and kind to check me in, he make us feel contable, becuse we were there for a funeral. I wanted to thank him. The rooms were nice and very clean. I will be going back soon.
Great location great price. Room has everything you’d expect and need. Service was top notch. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Can walk to Palm canyon drive. A la carte breakfast was very expensive though ( Starbucks style ). Best for adults without kids. Gym was too small and too warm. Pool was ok. Needs skimming. Most rooms ( maybe all ) have French balconies.
A beautiful new and clean property staffed by beautiful people! I would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. The location is perfect for convenience to downtown as well.
