I am generally happy with the service provided by all employees / staff who maintain Costa Azul.
I have a minor but ongoing concern that furniture (settee, mattresses etc.) are being discarded for as much as a week at a time ie a large settee & four discarded mattresses are my morning view from #1118 this Easter! In addition the flood light above the trash has been broken for a few days leaving the area in darkness near the (West) gate onto Florence, which itself has ingoing security issues whereby we are unable enter from the street as the walk-in gate does not now unlock with the auto key. A problem for at least a month. As office staff will attest, I have reported all of the above concerns at least once over a period of weeks. I trust some attention is being given to solving these security concerns.
I lost my remote entrance gate opener on a Sunday and I called the maintenance dept and a new working remote was delivered to my door in a couple of hours. I received very good service. Thank you!!
Half of the issue was corrected . The heater seems like it is working, but the shower has a serious problem. It is frustrating to take a shower because that loud noise goes off and either I will have to keep turning the water off and on ten times or more per shower or I would have to listen to it, which is frightening and obnoxious. The neighbors on the other side of building have told me that they can hear it. This is unacceptable. Maintenance told me that there is nothing that can be done. I am thinking that if I hire an outside person or company, I will deduct from the rent.
It is bad enough that I am stuck living with the neighbors that vacuum their carpet for 2 hours at midnight and again at 8 AM the next morning. Not to mention the washer that goes on after 10 PM. And the loud noises that they make. But, the bathroom shower has to be fixed bc the water pressure is also affected severely. Barely any water comes out of shower. I have reported this a few times……..on 2-17-24…. maintenance finally made it back after I went to office to ask for the repair to get done. I was told that I should involve the county inspector to come and
Ask that the repair get done. But, it was worked on, but no improvement…… Maintenance will try to get it repaired, so I will continue to wait ………
After several months of asking for the shower repair, it finally was repaired on Mar 13th.
Last week, when inspection was done, it was noted that there was NO filter in the A/C unit.
Everything worked out fine with one exception. We were told the patio was to be painted on Tuesday, but it was painted on Sunday and no sign was left to say wet paint. A couple of us walked out on the patio and got paint on our shoes. They had to take off shoes before re-entering the living room.
Maintenance arrived at my apartment and was able to help me with my air conditioner issue.
