I purchased a vehicle through Cooper Chevrolet. My salesman Brandon was “extremely” nice and Angie. However I ran into some issues the same day minutes after I Purchased the car. I asked, “Brandon would the car be washed upon returning to the dealership from my bank. He said yes. Once we return I received my keys the Finance guy “SCOTT” came and said there was no water at the dealership. So Scott said they couldn’t wash my car that I had just purchased! I ask if the dealership could not take it to a car wash and he said no! I was livid! Because I had just given them a check for an automobile and it was like we have your money now oh well. Once Brandon found out he offered me money out of his pocket to wash it. I told Brandon no because it was the dealership’s responsibility to make it right. I got in the car and sat there for about 5 mins. As I was about to pull off. Brandon came running to the door and said the water was back on. Strange but I can’t speak on that. So Brandon was very apologetic and I was gracious for his customer service. However the higher ups did not offer me the same kind of grace in this situation. I felt they had gotten the money and moved on. Did the car get wash. Yes it was just the principal!
My car has been acting very strange so i scheduled an app. Was told it was my transmission valves, they ordered the parts & Dropped my car off just to be told that they wouldn’t be able to service my car till a week later because somebody scheduled it wrong. So i had to wait 2 weeks after what I’ve already been waiting for an app. Got a call basically stating that what they was going to fix my car for isn’t what they think is wrong with my car & basically that they can’t fix my car because it’s not reading that anything is wrong with it now… which is confusing because y’all ordered parts based off the first reading. I’ve honestly been getting the run around & have had more problems out of that car than I should. Now I’m supposed to ride around in a faulty car!

He along with the other members of the staff once inside were more than professional which made the purchase process a breeze, no pressure at all! 12 out of 10! As GREAT as it gets in the automotive sales business! Go see and ask for Chris! Like a ROCK!
Long waits. Listening to advisors give outrageous quotes on things to unsuspecting customers and it is the true fleecing of America.waiting area couldn’t be less accommodating. If I have to listen to another episode of deal or no deal I may go postal.
I took my 2015 Corvette in to Cooper Chevrolet/Buick in Anniston to get an oil change and a transmission triple flush. The staff was courteous and gave a timeline on when the service should be completed.
The waiting area was small and lacked a snack and drink machine but did have a small fridge with bottled water. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend this dealership’s service department.
