Bought a Bosch fridge from them three years ago and the ice maker failed on numerous occasions. When I purchased the appliance they said I wouldn’t need a service plan nor did they offer one. I ended up spending about $900 in total to get it fixed using the Bosch service technician since the warranty was only 1 year. I asked them for help and they didn’t provide any. Don’t buy Bosch and don’t buy from them. I expected better for a $4k fridge.
Great customer service, knowledgable and responsive staff. This was the THIRD place we tried to buy appliances. FINALLY, this is our store! John Johnson assisted us…he was knowledgeable and responded to my questions (he actually called me back!) When we went into the store, staff acknowledged us right away, and there were staff to help us immediately. The purchasing process was fast and easy, and we had our new dishwasher and new fridge within a week. Installers were communicative and showed up when they were supposed to. Install was high quality, they even (somehow) fixed the unevenness of the floor under the dishwasher so it sits evenly, unlike our last one. We are very happy, and definitely recommend!
I bought a commercial grade washer, it was under warranty but was repeatedly failing. John at CCA went to bat for me and got me a replacement machine. That doesn’t just happen. They have to have the relationship with the mfg so on and so forth. I have bought every appliance I’ve ever bought as an adult and I will continue to do so. Customer for life is earned.
Just when our stimulus check arrived, our dishwasher stopped working and couldn’t be repaired. Sought a local, mom and pop appliance store to purchase a replacement. Joe was good to work with and we had our new dishwasher within 3 days. The one negative was he misquoted the installation cost…….he was too low by $20. Otherwise, they were very good and the entire sale was accomplished over the phone, which is the safest bet during Covid. I’d recommend them.
We needed a refrigerator pretty quick and Joe found us a great one at a great price. The installers were also wonderful. We have bought from them for many years and always have been happy. CD
