From a 2023 visit: While the staff there was alright and friendly I unfortunately was not able to find work with Continental Labor due to the fact that it is a company that STILL drug tests for marijuana which is LEGAL in the state of California not to mention new laws are in effect to protect people who do use marijuana to be legally allowed to maintain work without the fear of being punished for it I DID NOT consent to being drug tested for a substance that I am legally allowed to enjoy and I’m told by my recruiter Amber that I have to wait a few weeks and try again I shouldn’t have to a job offer should have been maid available and I should be working I don’t recommend this company at all and I will be filing a complaint with there corporate office as well
EDIT UPDATE 2024: they never did reach out to me to properly resolve this issue and I stand on my belief that NO COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION GOVERNMENT OR OTHERWISE has ANY right to drug test for marijuana related products and I feel my Rights to employment by this company we’re violated
