  1. As I write this I am making my 14th call, and 7th text message to Josh.
I had high hopes for this guy as I know people who have used him before. Up until 2 days ago he responded in a somewhat timely manner but since has basically ghosted me.
I needed my laptop for my classes that start Monday. After asking him days ago if he could meet on a Sunday to pick it up and saying that he COULD have me pick it up on Sunday has not said a word.
At first I was understanding, because it is the weekend, however, at the same time you told me I could pick it up on Sunday. At the point where I have now called you 20 times and sent you numerous messages it’s considered highly unprofessional.
Not only is he not responding but his voice-mail is full so all I can do is text and call.
This is not the only time in the experience that he has seemed unprofessional.
He told me that I could drop my laptop off at 10 A.M. about a week ago, (I had to get someone else to drop it off because I had to be at work at 9). Had to wait 45 minutes. He didn’t get to the store until 10:45.
Many other reviews have claimed that he has kept them up to date on the process, not my case. I have had to reach out each time. He told me that it should be ready Thursday night or sometime Friday. Friday afternoon roles around and I reach out asking when a good time would be to come by and only then does he tell me the last part won’t arrive until Saturday, so thats when i ask about picking it up on Sunday and he confirms. So here I am on Sunday
This whole experience has been unprofessional and I haven’t even gotten my computer back yet. Let’s just hope he responds and my computer is fixed.

  2. Incredible service. I brought in my PC looking to get it fixed after several shops couldn’t find the issue. Josh easily boiled it down to a few possibilities from the description alone. His expertise and overall knowledge on not only desktop computers but electronics in general were some of the best I have ever seen, but the real reason for the five star review came down to his honesty and the way he treated me as a customer. 100% recommend

  3. Absolutely fantastic service. Josh not only diagnosed and fixed my computer but the level of customer service was impeccable. Josh kept me updated every step of the way, was professional and very personable. He even worked to pull data I needed from my computer while waiting for the computer to be fixed. He goes above and beyond. He is clearly very knowledgeable about computers – would highly recommend!

  4. Looked this company up via Google Maps. Hours claimed they were open. Got to the location after driving 30 minutes out of the way and they have a sign up saying they are open “by appointment only”. What the hell? If that’s what you’re going to do, post it and let people know so they don’t waste their time. The worse part, I could see inside and they had exactly what I was looking for. Lost a customer for no good reason.
EDIT: “If the lights are on?” How is someone supposed to know if your lights are on or not before coming up there? Here’s an idea, either be open or be closed. The worst thing is, you saw me in the parking lot writing this review. I saw you getting things out of your car, the same car that was parked there when I pulled up. Which means you waited until you thought I had left, then came out to your car. Sorry excuse for a computer store. You give IT professionals a bad name.

  5. At first glance, Josh (and his family) are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about computers, but that only matters if you can catch him in the store or get him to respond to text messages. He kept me waiting for several days before he was able to actually look at my computer. He then spent three hours talking instead of actually figuring out what the problem was. He also took it upon himself to charge me for redoing my cable management and brushing out my PC, neither of which I asked him to do. At the end of the day, he wasn’t even able to fix my problem. He made sure to still charge me $50 though.
