I came looking . And left with new furniture for my den. Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful. Explaining everything to me and also mentoring a new associate at the same time. She was patient with us both. She helped me not only find what I was looking for. But took the time to make it happen. The monthly payments were explained up front. Throughly I might add. Overall I have a good payment that I am comfortable with.
And couldn’t be more pleased with the service.
It’s not Conn’s but the customer service. Once you sign the contract theirs nothing the store can do for you. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT ONLINE!… DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS ONLINE!.. they’ll take payments without your authorization and give you the run-around about it. GOOD LUCK!
Great experience purchasing somethings I needed. Offering me finance options is a risk but they did it & I’m thankful for that bc I’m rebuilding my credit rn. Employees were very helpful and professional.
