Cons: I bought an electric range in January. The one I purchased was discontinued so I got the display . Was reassured it was brand new and I shouldn’t have any issues. Since it was the display there was no warranty or refunds. I’ve purchased displays in the past from other companies so I figured it wouldn’t be an issue. Less than a week later, the range started beeping and all kind of codes came on the display. Looked up the codes online said it could be a faulty panel. This sucks because I spent $1200 on a range and not even 6 months of use before the appliance died.
The management & staff at this store location was AWESOME! Very helpful, polite and courteous. Store Manager Joe, Brianna assisted me with my purchase. Then Joe introduced me to John,District Area Supervisor, l suppose.went above and beyond to make sure my visit was satisfaction!! Thanks you so much!
