I brought my Macbook Pro to this store. They really could not find the problem for awhile, kept changing parts, never reached out for any updates, I had to keep calling. They kept the computer for a few weeks. The computer came back full of dents and marks, the screen that was changed has glares that wonât go away.
They basically ruined a Macbook Pro. I would not recommend fixing a computer there.
Was looking to revive my old work laptop for my son for college. Thanks to Paul I was able to trade in for a more efficient model and get the proper software installed for a great deal. Appreciate the feedback and the great customer service!
Forget about the âBig Boxâ service providers and shop small business! I initially made an appointment with the âGeek Squadâ for a blue screen error, after arriving I was given a bunch of irrelevant IT terms; which I understood (being Computer Science degreed) of course the tech was not aware of thatâŠFast forward the tech appeared annoyed and made no effort to resolve my issue; which from my knowledge was not very complex. I was constantly reminded by him of the 2 day turnaroundâŠ. He tapped a few keys, then asked ME; âwhat do I do when the blue screen appears?â (as it did while he was supposedly diagnosing) then he threw out some more IT terms after I suggested he perform a scan and possibly reset the BIOS; His response: I would have to take it apart and put two pins together and when you open a âAll in Oneâ computer they usually break; My response: Iâm certain this is a software issue, not hardware related and it isnât necessary to go inside the computer! Needless to say I left and went to COMPUTER RESOURCE; in a matter of 2 hours the technician Brandon with a smile, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable, saved the day!!! I was able to take my speed test, computer passed the system requirements, and hired for my new @ home contract position!!
