1. I stopped at this location probably 4 times. Never expected high level of service but an OK place to stay. So far was ok up until this time.

   I grabbed some food on the way to the hotel. When I got in, there was no one at the desk. So, I proceeded to the “breakfast” area to grab a disposable plate. There was nothing on the counter but there were cabinets below. I checked a couple but did not see any. A house keeper that was cleaning the floor turned to me. I asked her if they had plates and she said, “No.” Well, since generally the person cleaning the floor is a separate duty from someone who may have service oriented job, I saw that she either did not know or care. So I proceeded to look for the plate. She half angrily told me to stop.

   I asked for a plate but she said everything was locked. Then as this conversation continued. I asked her for the name, which she did not provide.
   I told her that I stayed there 3-4 other times and that would be it. Her response was, “We don’t need people like you!”

   Then I went to the front desk and ran the bell for the manager, and it turns out she was holding both jobs – the front desk and the janitor. I have no problem with that.

   My problem is the lack of hospitality – I only wanted one disposable plate but instead got an angry encounter. She also threatened to call the cops on me.

   I can overlook the elevator that has broken buttons or the hangers that are rusted but such an attitude is a deal breaker. I will take my business elsewhere next time.

2. This place was beautiful. From the lobby to the room. Lady at front desk was so sweet. Room was 5star. This was the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect. Restaurants and shopping stores in walking distance.

3. My husband and I just stayed in this hotel this past Thursday and Friday. Please don’t hesitate to stay. The lady at the front desk name Jackie. She couldnt of been no more nicer, sweet and jolly. She did her job to the max. Thanks so much Jackie for your hospitality. It was very clean. The view from the third floor was beautiful, especially at night. It have a small shopping center located behind the hotel. Also, food places that located all over and not far in travel distance. I will be visiting this hotel again on every visit. ☺️

4. This is a great hotel in Foley, Alabama. Very clean with an extremely friendly staff.
   Location is very convenient to shopping, OWA, restaurants and just a short drive to the beach.
   I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone while in the area of Foley, Alabama.

5. This hotel is very dirty and needs cleaning . Stains on the floor , sheets , and bed ! It was very HOT ! The bathroom maintenance is horrible. The lady at the front desk was very nice though .
