It’s an OK hotel. It looks clean but it doesn’t feel clean, the carpet is old and smelly, the restroom shows signs of mold. It definitely needs renovation. The breakfast area is nice, people at the front desk are friendly. OK if you are in a hurry to spend the night but I would recommend looking for something else if you’re planning on staying longer
Have stayed here several times. My mother travels with her dog to see my family from time to time. She has never had any issues staying here. Always have been pet friendly and accommodating to her needs. Even allowed military discount when I booked the room for her. However, now they have changed their policy on dogs to allow only under 15lbs dogs. This dog doesn’t bark and is very docile. Find me a little dog that is like that… now she is stuck trying to find a place to stay. Someone made a policy because of an unnecessary fear and now we have to pay for it. I’ve had stitches from aggressive little dogs but big dogs tend to be giant babies. Maybe put this info out there rather than say you are just pet friendly since you are only some pet friendly. Thanks for nothing.
The hotel was ok. For me it had all the needed items(good cable,microwave, fridge). It suited my stay. Its near a major highway to have access to shopping and eating. Also, I thought the hotel atmosphere was peaceful. The front desk representatives were very helpful
Hotel stole my money. Booked and paid through Expedia and when I got to the hotel they tried to make me pay $150 cash deposit for using a 3rd party. I refused to pay the deposit and the clerk got condescending. I argued and they cancelled my room without a refund and told me I needed to contact Expedia for a refund. I tried to contact Expedia while in Lobby I was told that I needed to leave the property immediately. Expedia stated hotel already took funds. This hotel is trying to scam money out of people apparently successfully. On another note, the hotel looked dirty and the grass was way overgrown around the front and sides.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Clean spacious rooms with comfy beds.
