My family and I was driving through town and when I called to the hotel to make a reservation, the front desk manager, Jesse Was very helpful Getting my family Checked in With a warm, friendly smile And first class service The hotel room was absolutely beautiful were really comfortable And the kids had fun Nice and clean place. Definitely recommended right in the middle of town easy access Give this manager a raise she is awesome. Definitely made our stay So much much easier
So, I checked in and had a problem with water leaking from the fire sprinkler. The lovely lady at the front desk took great care of me. Got me in another room and made sure everything was good. Rooms were clean.
Went to stay here as a night away from the kids, check in was very well and I got a discount for an extra night, I was unaware that I couldn’t have a candle while in the jacuzzi, it seems that the steam set off the alarm(so said the fireman)fire engine#4. But the hotel made me leave the premises that night and charged me for both nights and a smoking fee even though they made me leave, when I asked to speak to a manager about it they called the cops on me, there are other issues but I hope the GM gets in touch with me and helps with this situation, seems like it could have been a nice place but apparently they don’t want to take about any issues, also the alarm was going off in room 224? That was a floor above me but they said that was a know issue and had to call the alarm company to fix it. Very disappointing
Stayed 4 nights. Beds are very comfy. Rooms are fairly clean. We had to ask for help every night we were there(and sometimes during the day) to get our room open as the door card locks don’t work. Buy the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clayton was amazing making me fresh hot water every night for my tea and opening the door a few times each night. I’d stay again for sure, and will miss the staff a bit actually. Great friendly people. 👌
Appeared to recently remodeled. All new. Beds outstanding, most comfortable. Very pleasant and helpful associates. Good basic hot breakfast. But building hard to spot from main highway, not facing the highway. Road construction made for difficult access. But we’ll be back for sure. One if the best and reasonably priced.
