I have been trying to buy a car from them for a week now multiple website contact cards, multiple voicemails, reached out over CarFax and Facebook too, Absolutely can not get ahold of anyone. Tracked down the business owner and even they haven’t called back after being told that they would. Never in my life have I witnessed a dealer so unwilling to make a sale. I don’t understand how they are even in business.

These folks were so nice and welcoming from the time I pulled in. Answered any questions I had and promptly got me squared away. I was able to inspect and test drive what I wanted with no issue. Even got me extra documentation I requested later, expeditiously.

I purchased a 2013 Cadillac SRX from CM and the car looked great, ran great, drove great etc… The price was very good. The dealership was friendly and professional. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I was super excited about this new car that i was buying for my elderly father-in-law. i did notice that the steering wheel was off center, but the vehicle tracked straight and didn’t pull left or right, so i just thought that it may need an alignment, plus the vincheck i ran showed no accident history.
i drove down from Atlanta to purchase the car because my brother lives in Montgomery. the car ran and drove great on the highway all the way home until i was getting off on my home exit. the vehicle came to a stop and wouldn’t move/ go forward and i was right in the middle of the street! finally got it to a parking lot to let it rest/cool down for about 30 minutes. i was able to get it home and let it rest for a few hours, then i was able to drive it to drop it off at my service facility. i bought the car on Friday, drove the car home on Sunday. dropped it off at the repair shop Sunday. The repair shop called me on Monday to let me know that the transmission had recently been out of the car and reinstalled, hence the crooked steering wheel?! no one from CM ever said anything about a transmission issue. Granted it’s a used vehicle purchased from a low rated business, so i should’ve done my due diligence, so the moral of the story is BUYER BEWARE if you buy from Coliseum Motors. maybe they knew about the transmission being out or maybe they didn’t? Now i may have to put a new transmission in this Vehicle. Woa is me….
Owner answered asked about the secondary financing option just to get told they are a cash lot and hung up on before I could finish asking my questions. Very rude.
