1. Marly did an excellent job helping me with my HO6 policy. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Did a great job helping me with cost -lowering measures. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend her and Coastal Alabama Insurance. (Portal Insurance now?)

2. Summer did an outstanding job with initial information and follow through on my insurance needs. I highly recommend Alabama Coastal Insurance. I had a claim in 2019 when Sally went through Gulf Shores. Summer and Reggie were awesome to work with…..stand up people!!

3. We got Ins with them but found a much lower price. My husband called to see if he wanted to match that amount vs losing us as a client. The conversation was hard because the owner was at home & his child was screaming on the background which took attention away from us, the customer. He literally said, “go ahead and cancel, I don’t care.” So we did. Paying less feels good & we feel valued as a customer.

5. I called because we were buying a condominium for the first time and need to get insurance. Summer was wonderful, she walked me through the types of insurance needed and was able to give me competitive quotes readily.
