This is such a nice place to stay. Very clean and quiet. We had a one bedroom with a small kitchen and living room, perfect for three or four folks. We had one adult and one smaller child. I do wish there was a king bed instead of queen-so much more comfy & roomy. Desk and doormen were great, very kind. Great central location. Easy to get out and about by walking, ride share, etc
I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone interested in staying there. It’s clean,extremely well maintained,modern but beautifully appointed with lots of marble and granite and the staff are fantastic and accommodating to your needs. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and very quiet. Have stayed here a half dozen times and have never had a noise issue. The location can’t be beat either because it’s basically in the middle of San Francisco and within walking distance of shopping and business districts and China Town. Just a great place to stay!
We’re staying here as guests through RCI, and definitely love the spot! The check in was smooth and easy. Very clean and welcoming lobby. The room is great and so spacious. Also very quiet, we don’t hear neighbors at all. Really great options for public transit nearby and lots of restaurants and amenities walking distance.
This hotel is a safe haven for its location. The hotel is secure and the staff were very helpful on how to navigate the city and avoid the sketchy locations. I realize that a city has issues. Day was better than night. Plan on staying close to the hotel at night or use delivery, Uber, or Waymo. The room was clean and had good amenities.
It’s sad that your sales manager ruined the entire Club Wyndham experience for us. She lured us in with a promise of a tour bus pass and a promise that we would be done with the “presentation” in less than an hour. Over an hour later she became rude and obviously angry because we were not interested in upgrading our ownership. A week later we found out she filed us as a “no show” for the sales pitch so our next Club Wyndham stay (in Anaheim) said we hadn’t completed our required sales presentation. We honestly don’t know who is lying but we declined their offer to upgrade too. We are Discovery members and any chance of us renewing when it expires next year has ended. We discovered dealing with these sales people are not worth the hassle. I could have found much better hotels in SFO and LAX with better value for the money. It’s a shame. Both hotels were pretty nice… just nothing special. And not worth the Discovery club point system when you calculate the price per night.
