  1. My girl Kenni is the bomb!!! My very first class with her I was hooked. Pilates in general has been so life changing for my mind, body & soul but Kenni gives me that extra motivation and energy to keep coming back. Her classes are challenging but worth it and I feel amazing afterwards after every class. As a personal trainer myself I absolutely love her energy when she teaches and it even motivates me to teach with such passion as she does with my own personal clients. Thank you kenni for being amazing keep being YOU !!!!

  2. Great class with Maggie! I love how she pushes you to work just a little bit harder each class. I know I am getting stronger including my core. It has helped with my spinal and neck issues. I highly recommend giving her class a try. You won’t regret it.

  3. Kenyele was excellent! She had a great attitude, lots of energy, was very observant, clear with her instruction and pushed me to the limit today. Looking forward to more of her classes! All of the instructors that I’ve had so far have been great as well, Abby, both Maggie’s, and Mallory have all been motivating and given me a workout to remember. No instructor is the same and it makes it interesting and exciting for each class. You won’t regret signing up for Pilates at the Hoover location.

  4. I’m absolutely addicted to this workout format! If you are just beginning your fitness journey, let this be a way for you to gain strength without worrying about injury. It’s f you are an avid gym rat, give this a try to strengthen and lengthen your muscle groups. This will work muscles you forgot you had. It’s very low impact making it perfect for recovering joint injuries. Keep your body moving at every life stage!! Focus on balance and range of motion! Love this so much!!
