  1. I’ve participated in 3 classes so far and I’m hooked! The staff and instructors are so knowledgeable and nice. I have never worked out on a reformer before and the instructors take time to show you how to do each exercise and correct any form issues in a non-judgmental way. If I lived closer, I would probably go every day! I highly recommend giving Club Pilates a try. Your first intro class is free too!

  3. Club Pilates is amazing!!! I joined almost three years ago to help with coordination and balance issues from a neurological disorder. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my overall health and stamina since starting classes. Several of my friends and family have started their Pilates journey now, too.

    The instructors each have their own unique style but everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I particularly love that the emphasis is always on meeting your body where it is, not pushing beyond your limits. The equipment is also clean and well maintained, so there are very few equipment problems.

    If you’re on the fence about trying Pilates, do it! You won’t regret it.

  4. Great space, welcoming front desk, lovely variety of instructors and styles of teaching. The classes are great for all body types and totally non- competitive. The workout itself is invigorating rather then exhausting. You still feel it though! Great alternative or addition to some other body/ mind exercises.

  5. I love my CP Reformer Flow 1.5 class. It is toning up all over my body not just one particular area! My instructor is awesome & easy to understand. She even checks in on me when I have a muscle cramp to make sure I have not done anything serious! It is a nice clean facility & I enjoy my classes!!! When I started a year ago, I could barely stand on one foot without wobbling everywhere 😅
