1. I had the best experience with the Pennington Law Firm. From the start of my first phone call each person I spoke with were very kind and polite. John told me I could reach him at any time, which was completely different from what I had experienced before with another lawyer. I loved Caroline the paralegal. She was absolutely amazing as well. She would answer any questions she could, and get me in touch with John right away if I needed to speak with him. The most amazing part is I never had to leave my home to get anything taken care of. He knew I was in a tremendous amount of pain and I lived about an hour away. So we took care of everything by phone and e-mail. I was so impressed with this law firm. At the end of it all he was able to help win my case. I would and do refer anyone I know who needs help with a disability case in finding a lawyer. My time at John Penningtons Law Firm was amazing and I’m very thankful I chose him to be my lawyer.

2. A special thank you for all your help. Mr. Pennington has a grasp of the process of applying for disability as is reflected in his background. It is a long arduous process for everyone involved. It was a better experience knowing I could call anytime with questions. I want to acknowledge Sarah always being a sweet voice on the phones and Caroline for her absolute dedication and patience.
   I recommend this firm to anyone.

4. Working with Pennington Law Firm was a pleasure. Everyone I spoke with during my case displayed professionalism, patience, knowledge, and we’re always friendly. I felt as though I was a client and not just another case. The legal assistant I worked with was always responsive and helpful. She took the time to clearly explain any questions or issues I had. My attorney always returned my calls and showed professionalism and confidence while still making me feel comfortable and at ease.

5. They really do the work. Just be honest with them keep all of your doctors appointments. And let them know if anything changes. I wish a thousand times I could have found out about Mr.Pennington when I first started my case. But praise God for him and his team. We won. And they called me ASAP with the great news. He represented me for Ssdi and I am telling everyone I know about his law firm and his staff. Wonderful people I didn’t feel like a money case to them but I felt like he really did whatever he could to help.
