I used to live here almost 20 yrs ago. I had a studio apartment that might as well been a 1 bedroom. For one person it’s plenty big enough. Only issue I had was limited guest parking and having a one way road around the complex. I remember the apartment being very basic but it was clean, had AC and all the other perks.
I’ve complained about a certain neighbor for a while now. They haven’t done anythign about it. She’s loud and always argumentive with whoever visits her. It’s old already and goes into hours of the night. If they don’t get rid of her, I’m going to get out of there asap.
I have attempted to retrieve the Security Deposit from Property Management. When requesting the security deposit from Manager Karina she provides an email that is no longer in service or is an incorrect address. I have attempted to contact the property office management on 4 separate occasions and each occasion has the same end result im provided a faulty or dead end email all in attempts to neglect the duties to their tenants. Hopefully corporate take matter into their own hands and provide aid in reaching an amicable solution.
Very peaceful and calm. The manager is very nice and supporting. The crew members are always fixing anything we need help with very quickly. I have been living here for about 3 years and I had no complains
Outstanding staff members, been here 4 years now, great community. Guest parking will always be an issue, because it’s no street parking, and the lot can only accommodate so many vehicles.
