Associate was rude and loud. Made a huge sene about taking payment with dollars and quarters. No customer service. Proceeded to put away stock before helping customers check out! Store was messy, unorganized, and dirty!
Great prices but not organized as far as clothing you really have to search for clothes

I normally LOVE Citi Trends but this particular location is awful! Customer service is terrible and the floor looked like a tornado hit it. I would understand if it was destroyed by customers and they didn’t have help recovering but there were 3 cashiers and several floor employees. Also, no it wasn’t a fluke because I came back the next day and some of the same items were still on the floor under clothing racks etc. This is definitely the first one I’ve been so disappointed in myself for even walking into.
The product selection is great, but the store is an absolute disaster. Stuff flung all over the floor, very disorganized racks…ect. it’s a shame because I’ve been to a few others that were very nice
