  1. My husband and I have been going to Christina’s Tax Services for about 3 years now. We were referred to her by a family friend and we haven’t looked back since! She’s very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. She tends to get very busy during Tax Season, so it is better to set up an appointment if possible. We were just there this past Saturday morning as a walk-in, and didn’t have to wait more than 30 minutes total, including the processing time. She is also available after Tax Season for any questions that you may have. I once sent her a text message and she answered promptly and helped me with my question. Will definitely be back with for many years to come and keep recommending friends and family to her.

  2. I did taxes with this lady a couple years. After the last visit I’m never going there. She filed my taxes completely wrong where i got into a mess with the irs. I had to go correct it at the irs office in fresno and the irs lady told me whoever filed my taxes last completely screwed it up. I had to have her fix and update everything but I’m still stuck paying some fees and penalties. So people beware when going to this lady.

  4. 3rd year filing my taxes here. My bf has been coming to her for years and he recommend her me to her. It’s a decent size building lots of chairs, tv, toys and books for kids. As you enter you sign in and wait to be called. First off Cristina is amazing, she’s very friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficiently with her work she really does try and work with you. I would highly recommend her even though she gets really busy during the tax season.

    This is actually the first time that we waited about 2 hours. We arrived at 8:30am and there was about 7 ahead of us. It got to the point where they called someone that came in after us that we decided to look at the list and we were frustrated to see that my name was crossed out. I thought I heard my name but when she called it a man stood up and went. So this whole time we were waiting we could have been done.

    I feel the workers should call out the first and LAST names on the list only because there are so many names that sounds so familiar. I have a Hispanic last name and I’m far from hispanic and when she called out my name it sounded like she said Jose and maybe that was the reason why that man took my spot. It was definitely frustrating. Other than that this place is great. She did up her fee but it’s worth is since she’s really doing what she can to give you the “maximum” tax return you can get.
