Redemption… Stopped in today to pick up a quick bite. Long lines and no time steered me in the direction of this Restaurants location. Having had a bad experience last year, I made sure to make the staff aware of my allergy to avocado upfront. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was absolutely delicious. Rice cooked to perfect and the proteins did not miss. I got a burrito bowl to go. Double rice, no bean, double chicken, heavy corn, cheese with pork to top it. A lot, I know… but totally worth it! Thanks Chipotle. I’ll see you again soon!
This is my second time at this Chipotle. No is ever at the window when pull up. Even past your pickup time. The lady did finally come had a very bad attitude. It took another ten minutes past pickup time to get my order. I saw an employee take a quesadilla out of oven with her bare hands cut it and put it in the box. The lady that finally brought my order was nice. But, my green chile salsa was missing from my order. It took more 20 minutes to get this order.
Skimpy on the meat and the dining area was foul. Spilled food on every table and messes on the floor. I had to battle an army of Flies while eating my burrito. Not very clean and I wouldn’t want to know what the back of house looks like
It tastes like any other chipotle. My main problem is that when you place a mobile order, they skim you on the meat! I order double chicken and somehow get 3x rice instead. I even tipped today to see if that would make a difference. Nope!
People do not care for customers. But that’s understandable, I’m sure they don’t get paid enough. My problem is with quantity of food. Why have such a large bowl when you plan to leave empty space. Why give less food? They plan to take it home? Really bad portions and quality
