Today I went shopping in this store. The manager spoke to me as if she was above me. I didn’t appreciate it. I’m a big time shopper at Chico’as well as my Mumsy. I hope she learns to be kind to all customers. I will pray for her to be kind to all and be fair to all. This isn’t what I’m use to when shopping at the Chico stores elsewhere. There was another sales person there who was kind but she get to ring my purchase up. I wished she had instead. Our country is going through enough to have someone at this way.
Chicos should be ashamed of themselves. Their store return policy is NOT customer friendly. Be advised they won’t even give store credit with tags in place and a receipt if you are one day over their time limit which is not prominently displayed.
Shame on you, Chicos!
Every outfit I need, I know I can find at Chico’s! It’s where I buy all my clothes and lingerie at Soma. 😁❤ CHICO’S shopper since 2000!
Good store for shopping I will return good prices and nice selection of merchandise.
Expensive clothes with fair quality. Clothing not what it use to be. Quit outsourcing clothes to other countries. Very dissatisfied with online purchases. Returned everything because of poor manufacturing.
