I really enjoyed the Chick-Fil-A original chicken burger. The patty was thick but still very flavourful. Service was quick and they served lunch even at 10 am. I can see potential for long line ups during lunch hours though. Prices are reasonable at around $5-$6 for the burger. There is also a table just for delivery drivers to wait for their orders.
Chick-fil-A is popular for a reason. The food and menu are simple yet consistently delicious, staying true to the basics. The chicken itself is flavorful, and the balance of ingredients is perfect. The Chick-fil-A sauce is incredible and tastes great with anything. Despite it being very busy, the staff remained energetic and friendly. Highly recommended!
How can i start this review… Simply amazing. It started off with a great and simple service. With little to no wait, we got our food fresh and hot. There is space for a lot of people to sit down, good music, etc. The staff is friendly and easy going. The cherry on top for me was the free peach milkshake they gave us. Recommend 100%. Leaving very satisfied.
So I came here for a quick lunch but never again. I will never come back to this chick-fil-a very unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes for a large fries and side salad. I didn’t even get a whole order of fries instead I got a whole order of sauce!! Each person running around doing mobile order verse doing the order for the people who take the timeout of their lunch break to walk-in, but you have 6 people doing mobile orders why??? To sad when McDonald’s has a better system in place to ensure their in house customers receive a great experience. Thanks for letting me know to never eat hear or recommend this to others!!!!
This place makes me dislike all Chick-fil-A’s. I’ve never met such rude, entitled, self-important security staff in my life. There is no chicken delicious enough to make up for how these security bullies have made me feel simply attempting to enter the store to purchase food. I ride an e-scooter, my own personal e-scooter, which apparently is a crime at Chick-fil-A. Or you’d think it was for how you’re treated if you arrive with one – in DTLA where there nowhere to park, right next to a train stop where everyone is in transit – you refuse service to people arriving by e-scooter, OR very rudely TELL people to leave their expensive personal possessions outside. Disrespectful to me, my intellect, and my hard earned personal property. Furthermore, if this is such a hard policy, POST CLEAR SIGNS, so that your security doesn’t seem like he’s trying to scam people or of their bikes & scooters. And strongly consider either hiring better trained security, or better train your security. This is not a prison, nor the White House – no reason for your guards to be such bullies to average hungry civilians. I am so turned off by THIS Chick-fil-A that I think I finally can’t eat at this chain anymore. If the homophobia doesn’t get you, the rude security will!
