  1. With all the current hypes around Chick-fil-A, I thought Iā€™d give their flagship product a try. All I can say is the airport location is more like a Chick-FAIL-Eh because the burger itself was dry, small, and not presentable at all. It lacks of any taste nor texture. The location of this restaurant is reasonable at Terminal 2, and it is located in a foot court like set up with other options. Staff is friendly but unfortunately the food is not up to spec.

  2. I had the best Chick-fil-A experienceā€”scratch that, the best dining experience I ever had, and it was all thanks to Apollo. From the moment I walked in, Apolloā€™s exceptional service and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome. The food was delicious, served hot and fresh, and they ensured everything was perfect. This visit truly stood out, and Iā€™ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

  3. Poor management. The slowest chick fil a Iā€™ve ever seen. When other airports can clear long lines out in 5 minutes, this one had a line out the room and only one extremely slow cashier. Waited 10 minutes and the line barely moved. If I had a 3 hour lay over I might have had time.

  4. They were out of fruit cups, parfaits, and cookies. So I decided to get a sandwich. When I went to pay with cash, I was told they couldnā€™t give me my change. They also donā€™t do rewards. Sadly the food wasnā€™t great either. Definitely not your standard CFA experience.

  5. We stopped for brunch before our flight. We had plenty of time youā€™d think. After waiting in line 20 minutes and then 18 minutes after we ordered we got our food, it almost made us late, but then eating on the plane frustrated and rushed because of the slow serviceā€¦ they messed up our order. My kids can eat the grilled nuggets but they were given regular fried which they canā€™t eat. I was given (unsweetened) tea which being from the South youā€™d think Chick-fil-A know better. This was my worst Chick-fil-A experience in 47+ yearsā€¦ we wonā€™t be back to this one šŸ˜–šŸ˜”šŸ˜”
