They closed the place 2 whole hours before their stated business hours. No reason as to why… workers were trickling out with their own food while numerous customers stood waiting around outside for orders they had already placed for pick up.
Very fast and friendly service. When we pulled up to the drive thru and the line was very long! We had our food in less than 15 min. Hot and fresh!
Stopped in for a quick bite. We ordered breakfast and lunch. They allowed
our car of 6 to place 3 separate orders, which we appreciated. Service was fast and friendly. I would visit here again.
Just wanted to try the burger, average, KFC is superior anyday of the week! Chicken tasted good but overall burger lacks flavor, no lettuce, no mayo, just chicken and pickle. Service and staff friendly. Not a fan of their large fries.
My wife and I ordered through the app for drive-thru pick up and found out as the guy gave us our food that they don’t have jalapeños. It wouldn’t be too big a deal, but they aren’t updating the inventory on their app, so instead of them offering a refund on the jalapeños or really doing anything about it, the guy just stared at me and said sorry. Not too big a deal, right? But as we were driving off we noticed they forgot to put sauces in the bag, too! We decided to park and go inside to ask for the sauces. Two young employees were standing at the front counter and as soon as they saw the bag in our hands, they treated us like we were going to ask them to run a marathon or dig a mile long ditch. One guy just turns away to face a computer monitor and the guy we asked took a second to intentionally stare at us like we were annoying him, then proceeded to say “Uuhhh, okay” in a tone of voice that would make a drill sergeant have a heart attack. Our interaction with him was maybe not even a minute, but he made the point to be rude and treat us like we were a problem to him. It makes me sad to think that that would even be considered acceptable behavior.
TL;DR – Jalapeños sold out but still charged for them on the app. The staff we encountered unfortunately have not been taught good work ethic. Quality of location is getting worse.
